Myson Orion boiler?

How do I light the pilot light on a Myson Orion boiler please? I can't even get the front panel off, any ideas? Any help would be most grateful as I am freezing!!!!!

To reiterate Sandra's question, HOW do we get access to these boilers, the front panel doesn't want to be removed. What is the removal procedure? Help please, my daughter has no alternative hot water supply apart from lack of heating"
