Press and hold the - (minus) for 5 seconds until the display changes to 00.00 on releasing the button the 24hr will appear in the display Nd the time of day can be set by following the logical rules.

Choose 12 or 24 hr. +/- then Press select
Then confirm time with +/- then press select

Nikki - We have long sold ours but I think you hold the Cook Time and End Time buttons down together and then using the + and Minus buttons you can set the time - Its worth a try!!
