1 radiator out of 5 not hot?

Just bought a newly rehabbed condo in February. Now it's December and the heat is on and all the radiators work really well - except the one small one in the bathroom. It's a small (800 sf) condo. Is there anything that I can or should be doing to the radiator that might make it work?

There is - open the bleed valve on the top side of the radiator, that will let any air out that may be trapped. Close the valve when water starts escaping. If this doesn't work then there may be sludge in the system, in which case the radiator will have to come out and the pipes allowed to flush themselves clear.
