ineed to take the paneloff the inside off the door but i can not relase the handle for the window, There is no cap hiding a screw, will it pull off.

Press the door card behind the handle really hard - you'll see a small horseshoe clip on the spindle that you can prise off with a screwdriver. Chances are it will disappear into next doors garden though......when fitting it back together, put the clip back in place and pop the handle back on.
