My Sony D-151 portable Discman CD player won't work. New batteries, still nothing. Tried multiple CD's-more nothing. Any ideas (besides buying a new one)? Thanks.

My sony discman worked fine for 2 months, played a disc fine the other day, inserted another one, said 'no disc', cleaned the disc, but still the same, now says 'no disc' to everything. Seems to be a fault with sony discman. Maybe they want you to buy a new one every few months! Anyone any ideas of how to repair?

haha, i have a D151, too. Not working, either. but mine is better, at least it shows no disc when you insert a disc...
