I have an infoguard SS-122M paper shredder. It became jammed. I tried to reverse and tried to pull the paper out, no luck. Any suggestions? than you, Kristen

i have one, first take the plug out the wall, then with a small metal hook try to hook out the thing thats jamming it, and dont stick the dog in it again!!! or your fingers come to that, coz you only get five fingers free with each hand, and there are no spare ones!!!
