I have a model FL 131 X UX oven it has stopped working and the led lights a flashing and a buzzer is sounding

they turn anti clockwise but can be baked on hard ,try a little wd 40 & a set of adjustable spanners with a rag wrapped round it. if it does break they can be replaced quite easly & cheeply. good luck
