Samsung fridge freezer?

There is no water coming out of the water dispenser and the fridge section is no longer cold

the fan in the fridge section has frozen up behind the back wall.. you may have a blockage behind there or your defrost sensor has gone down, could also be a faulty defrost heater. for a temp solution switch appliance off and leave fridge door open for 48hrs
