How do I get nicotene stains out of clothing?

A relative recently died in our family. He was a heavy smoker. There are nicotene stains on the blankets, pillows, shirts, curtains, everything. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these stains?

First wash them with amonia and water leave them for around 15 minutes, rinse them. And now you can wash them with the products you normally use.
Amonia kills cigar or cigarrette odors.

You can use it to clean any surface in the house. (water and amonia are great to take spots and nicotine off)
