how can i set the clock on my belling format 611gr?

the main cooker wont work until we set the clock which went off after turning off mains about a month ago!
none of the buttons respond in any combination.

Hold the 2 middle buttons in (they have arrows pointing o them) and turn the knob on the right set the time
