how to tighten chain on toro s-140 snow blower?

I have a toro s-140 snow blower - the chain has recently become loose and won't stay engaged on the blower cylinder. I can't find an obvious way to tighten the chain. any suggestions?

I've absolutely no knowledge of this machine but with other types, if there is no jockey wheel to tension the chain then the complete revolving drum has to be moved. Hope this helps!
