How can I remove the roller bar on my Flymo Venturer 320 lawnmower in order to replace the height adjustment part which has broken

I cut the wire of my flymo venturer 320 but there is enough to rewire. Have undone handle etc and there are two spring things that need to go back. Where do they go?
