Digilogic freeview stuck in stanby mode, help?

Recently got given a digilogic freeview box with no instruction manual. It initially worked but after scanning for new channels it has got stuck in standby mode. Does anyone know how to correct this?

I'd buy a new one. Budget boxes aren't worth the effort. For example your box was probably only ten quid brand new.
