Netaheat 10-16 gas second stage gas valve problem?

I have a netaheat 10-16 electronic boiler and the second stage of the gas valve wont kick in. I've changed the gas valve (and they are like hens teeth) but still no joy, anyone got an idea?

Found it, the relay on the PCB was sticking, took it apart and eased the armature and all is fine now
