can i fix my samsung yp-z5?

my samsung yp-z5 has stopped working after 6 months. i cannot charge it as it is not recognised by my PC when i plug it in. i have tried resetting it but nothing happens. is there anything else i could try?

MY COMPUTER CAN NOT FIND MY MP3 SO WILL NOT CHARGE OR ADD ANY MORE TUNES
BUT IT WILL CHARGE WITH A MAINS/USB ADAPTER
