Try that or use a screwdriver and jam it in the finisher unit until the error codes goes away.

you must have a finisher conected to you machine.
The error code means that the shutter is not working. The shutter is to stop paper falling back into the exit as it changes catch trays. it is either stuck or not moving for some reason.
