how can i fix my vokera excell 80sp?

hi
hope you can help, I have a vokera excell 80 sp and cant get hot water but i can when the heating has been on.
please help.

with the outer case removed, when you run the tap on water-only do you see the pin push-out on the domestic diaphragm? if no then you'll need to replace the diaphragm.
