I need a new door seal and an element for a 15 year old Paul Bocuse oven but can't find out who makes it.

Also, since new, the left hand door has not fully closed because the hinge holds the door too tightly against the seal at the bottom, leaving it loose against teh seal at the top. is this fixable and how?
