my bosch classixx pump keeps running when i turn program switch but programs will not run, reset button stops pump sometimes for a few seconds then it starts again and after a minute or two the "on" light comes on again. Unplugging it at the mains will clear it and it may run a program but then starts again.

Probably got water in base triggering the float switch. You need to drain the base & find the source of the leak
