Where is the front wipers relay located ? Also leeking coolant system floods passenger well ?heater matrix access? as probable leak.

There was a similar problem with early galaxy. Caused by blocked holes from the engine bay that run into wheel arch and out . Try clearing the the holes from the near the wipers. Could cause future problems to central locking.
