why is my digibox stuck on standby?

i moved my box and when i pluged it back in it will not come off standby. i have tried turning it on and off from the mains and the front but it will not come off standby.
how can i overcome this problem.

I had the same problem i found it was melted behind the ibm chip on the circuit board
