take off terminal wires, undue 10mm nut until it gets to the end of the thread, then push it inwards,this loosens a metal bracket on the inside, you are then free to lever the element out, some may prove harder to remove, it may need the help of some long nosed pliers to get it out, together with some cut hands.Done it myself.
