How can i fix my Hotpoint DWF50 dishwasher?

The machine fills with water as part of the cycle but after 20 mins the economy and fast wash lights flash and there is water in the bottom of the machine. I have cleaned the filters and can empty the machine by suction.

I think this happened when my heater broke.
If you phone them they will tell you what the flashing lights mean.
