how can I turn off auto on AEG competence single oven, (fan)?

Had power cut now unable to get oven to reset from auto using 6 buttons at top. clock and auto just keep flashing. One of buttons may be broken and stuck in one position but panel just not responding so cant turn oven on.
Can I disable this panel so oven will just work on manual

you can pull the buttons out of these timer by pulling them out hard.you can bypass clock but its not easy to explain.normally there is 2 wires close to a relay and by joining these together bypasses clock oven outputs.
