Faulty Rear wiper on a 1997 Ford Fiesta?

Rear wiper does not work on my Ford Fiesta 1997.
Rear washer works but motor will not move, did work one day when very wet and would not switch off until turned off the ignition.
All fuses are intact. Cannot identify the relay in the fuse box.

check pin contacts on tailgate and clean touch pads on lower panel,if that does not work take large drift and tap hinge pins inwards 2-3 millimeters and then back again system uses hinges for earth, wonderful idea by mr ford? will fix it
