HOW CAN I fix the window of a Nissian Micra?

How do i take the door apart to put the window back n the runner of a Nissan Micra
Margaret, January 2008
my driver window jumps of the runners when going to the up position it sounds like its catching on something but when you look down through the door there,s is nothing for it to catch on, replaced the motor and the clips but still jumps off has anyone else had this problem and how do I solve it thanks

If your Micra has manual windows, try removing the door handles, popping out the panel then wind the window mechanism up whilst someone else holds the window glass as high as possible, then GENTLY wind the mechanism up to mate with the bottom edge of the glass.

To do this you need to remove the window winder handle, arm rest and opening handle. With these out of the way, and any visible screws taken out, the door card can be popped off - its held in place by (yes you've guessed it) plastic poppers. Behind this there should be a plastic weather sheet which you peel away to access the window guides. If you post back, I'll need to know how old the Micra is.
