I am not sure what you need an operating manual for, but If wou go to www.jackssmallengines.com and do a parts look-up you can find all parts listed for your mower. Look under MTD in the "catalogs" window then click on 1994 and you will find your model listed there. I have a TMO-360007 madel and they are similar so if you want a copy of that manual let me know.
