Hi there, the programmed conditioning rinse function has stopped working on my washer drier, meaning that the fabric conditioner is not taken from the little comnpartment in the powder drawer towards the end of a cycle as it should be. Very frustrating and resulting in towels and shirts I could sandpaper window sills with!

Fabric conditioner is taken from the detergent tray by siphon action. Most likely flexible siphon pipe is blocked. Remove machine top, identify the pipe coming from the softener compartment, detach and clean.
