Belling Synergie - cooker keeps turning off?

I need to ensure that the automatic timing is not switched on - ie. revert the cooker to manual control only - no handbook available

Turn it off at the mains for about half a minute. then switch back on and then reset.

Hold the cook and stop buttons together at the same time the use the up and down arrows or+,- to set time
