The small bearing at the backmay have reached the end of its life, or the idler pully is dry. Try putting some multi-purpose oil on the shaft of the pully.

It could be the idler pully that keeps tension on the belt.

I think that may mean you need a new drive belt because it happened to mine but I may be wrong .
