Control knob clicks and rotates constantly but the machine doesn't fill with water. Water supply chexcks out OK

if you removed cold inlet pipe and watched the flow into a bucket this proves water supply is ok Now assuming you interlock is working ,(the door locks) no flashing lights suspect the cold water inlet solenoid valve not opening, change it for a new one, But if door NOT locking change the door interlock.
