How to fix Tricity Bendix DSIE502SV?

Hi, I have a problem with the main (fan) oven, which starts to heat up but, at a certain point, stops heating and the fan cuts out as well. If anyone can tell me what part(s) need replacing and how I would be very grateful, thanks

there is a stat fastened to the main oven cavity.to access it you will need to remove back panel and i think its on right as you look into rear of oven.make sure cooling fan work (blows cool air out of top oven/grill door when its been on for a bit
