where can I get a ceramic hob to replace electrolux model EKC6049x?

electrolux model EKC6049x ceramic hob replacement
extractor fan fell and smashed hob in bits

where can I buy a replacement hob and is it possible to get instructions on how to fit it.

any help gratefully received as money is tight.

you can get ceramic hob tops but they are so expensive that a new one is the better and cheaper option!!.would think a part like this was main dealer only.is it covered on your house insurance?.would need to have accidental damage cover.just a thought.
