Hi when i select conventional cooking (both top and bottom element) it turns on the grill. Having to you just bottom element which doesnt work as good dont think it can reach up to 180 degrees. Guess this means the top element as gone, if so how do i go about fix it, or any other ideas on whats wrong with it?

conventional cooking with the 2 lines parellel to each other on the selector does use one part of the grill(think it the outer) and one under the base.this is normal.
