How can I fix this error on my pc?

I am a computer illiterate help! I keep getting this page "page cannot be displayed,"page is currently unavailable,cannot find server,DNS Error. How can I fix this??? I have Window's me, millenium edition(IBM computer) 2000 I have floodcity.net internet, and internet explorer

Do yourself a favour get rid of millennium It is full of bugs. You can buy Xp upgrade and load over the top and you won't lose any valuable settings and information

well it looks like the server that hosts the webpage u want is not working as i guess your conection to the internet is working as you have posted here
