How can I reprogram my button key for my Clio?

I have a Renault Clio Grande s reg and need to no how do I reprogram the key/remote locking via the PATS module on my car? I believe that it involves turning the key in the ignition. If you could help I would be very grateful.

PUT KEY IN IGNITION AND SWITCH ON (DO NOT START ENGINE)
WHILST KEY IS IN IGNITION PRESS BUTTON TO RESET THE KEY.

Hi Karl, reprogramming depends on how many numbers are on the sticker inside the remote unit, in most cases reprogramming can only be done with diagnostic equipment, contact me on nige110162@hotmail.co.uk and I'll mail you how to identify if it is possible and how to do it
