how do i change wheel on zetec?

I am trying to change a wheel on a zetec and i have 3 ordinary nuts but one strange looking one wih no edge to allow the wrench on i have no manual can anyone help

It is the anti-theft lock nut you need the adapter that was supplied with the nuts
