my oven does not heat up, i have changed the element and it still does not heat up,the light comes on when the oven is switched on but the fan doesnt work and the oven doesnt heat up .

when you say the light comes on do you mean the one in the oven or the neon on the control panel?.if its the neon you are talking about and the light in the oven is off then have you set the clock if it has one?,otherwise main oven power will not be applied to main oven.also check connections in junction box where the cooker cable attaches
