How can I fix the heater switch lights on my 1997 renault laguna RXE?

The lights on the blower/direction/temperature no longer illuminate. I cannot work out how to get to the bulbs. I have changed them before on a vauxhall (but that was easier).

I have the same issue on my laguna 1998.
The lights needs to be replaced but do not know how to get to them.
