window wistling?

we have double glazing and when it is windy they whistle, i think the lock may need adjusting as the seals are ok, how do i adjust the lock.

on the cams that go into keeps to make it lock,there should be either a slot for a screwdriver or an allen key,turn the cam so it pulls window in,just turn it a bit at a time till ok,if it gets worse turn the other way.hope this helps.
