i have a ravenheat ls80t with no hot water?

when i turn the tap on the water is warm and soon goes cold, but if the heating is off the boiler does not fire up at all. any idea?

IT IS THE 3WAY DIVERTER VALVE (DIAGHFRAM) NEEDS REPLACING .I KNOW ,I JUST REPLACED MINE NOW HOT WATER IS FINE
