FORD GALAXY 2000 1.9 TDI GHIA REAR WASH/WIPE?

MY REAR WASH IS NOT WORKING ,I THINK IT IS LEAKING INTO THE PASSENGER FOOTWELL .CAN ANYBODY HELP? WOULD THIS AFFECT ANY ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ( I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PARKING SENSORS AND CRUISE CONTROL ). THE ELECTRICS HAVE ONLY STARTED PLAYING UP SINCE FINDING THE WET FOOTWELL
