have frost free zanussi fridge /freezer .freezer is working fine ..fridge is not cold enough ..any ideas pleae ..could it mean replacing thermostat ? it is an zanussi ZEBF 249 W

sounds like auto defrost not working.defrost for 24hrs with both doors left open.now retry.everything should seem to work ok after this but if it goes back to same fault in a short length of time then you have an auto defrost issue for sure.could be a timer or a heater fault
