put the waste pipe into a bowl lower to the floor water should now flow by gravity be prepared to the empty the bowl a couple of times when water stops flowing out remove the rear back panel and screws.the FILTER is located inside the large black hose attached to the bottom of the outer drum clean the filter(every 3 months ) and clean out the pump and check it for operation as this could be the cause of the water staying in the machine also.
