can i get my get 96 70ps transit to go faster by changing ecu?

does 96 70ps transit have ecu and if it does can i upgrade to 90ps easily enough by just changing ecu and where is it located in engine?

Hi, should work mate but you will have to have the key recoded to the new ecu or use the barrel and key from the donor vehicle. The ECU is under the glove box on the passenger side of the cab.
