How can I mend my fuel gauge on my Leyland Daf 45 150?

I have a Leyland Daf 45 150 and the fuel gauge light is on and the gauge appears to be stuck on empty although there is fuel in the tank. Any help to solve the issue please?

Can't get main beam to work at all on my Leyland Daf 45 150 03 plate ?

Power coming from batteries but won't start and makes loads of clicks?
