where is engine coolant drain plug?

Where is the engine coolant drain plug on a peugeot 306 turbo diesel. The haynes manual says on the rear of the cylinder block - but where? I need to flush the engine

Its at the rear of the cylinder block and lower left hand side of the radiator.
a length of hose will assist you
