AUTO-MATIC DEFROSTING (Zanussi ZEBF 249 W)?

When the automatic defrosting is in operation instead of going on the heated tray it defrost inthe freezer and water comes out the front of the door? The model is a Zanussi Fridge Freezer Model Number ZEBF 249 W

there is a grey rubber spout at the back that should let water out into the tray on top of the compressor.the spout and hole can get blocked.remove tray on top of compressor and then remove grey spout and check for blockages.
