You have to fill the boiler by adding water through something called the 'filling loop'. Recent Worcester boilers have a plastic key just behind the front panel - if yours is an early one there will be a flexible braided steel pipe connecting the boiler to the house water main - it will have a tap on it, but the tap could be in the form that is operated by a screwdriver or small spanner. If you find it, open the valve, listen to the water rush in and stop when you reach the required pressure. 1 bar aint so bad so your pressure isn't down by much. By the way, it isn't a good idea to add cold water to a hot boiler....!
