Zanussi FJDR1666W?

Softener is not being taken from the dispenser but the washing powder is. I have blown through the tubes and everything is clear. Any ideas?

take the draw out and poke something like a metal coathanger up the two holes where the water comes from dispencer. (coming soon for advice and spares www.asuds-appliance-spares.com )
